Solve the mystery!
Week 2 at Camp Mount Luther is one of those weeks that campers talk about long after summer ends. It’s a full, energy-filled week designed for youth ages 9–17—and it comes with a favorite tradition: Scooby-Doo Week!
Inspired by Scooby-Doo and his Mystery Machine detectives, campers will put their clue-finding skills to work as they help solve The Mystery of the Blue Mist. The fun doesn’t stop there—we’ll also host our beloved all-camp “Clue” activity, where the entire camp community joins in a larger-than-life game of problem-solving, teamwork, and laughter. It’s a week that blends imagination, adventure, and friendship in ways only camp can.
A Flexible Option for Younger Campers
For families with children ages 9–12 who may not be ready for a full week away, we offer a shorter Sunday–Tuesday experience. This “taste of camp” gives younger campers the chance to build confidence, try new activities, and discover how much they enjoy being part of a caring camp community.
A Deeper Experience for Teens
Campers 13 and older are invited to be part of our X-Teen program—an experience designed just for them. Along with all the fun of the themed week, X-Teen participants explore faith in meaningful ways with their peers while developing leadership skills they can use at home, in school, at church, and in their communities.
Because many X-Teen campers have grown up coming to camp, we like to make this week especially memorable. Our staff plans creative activities just for them, often including a special evening where campers dress up for dinner and share in a unique program together. These moments create space for deeper conversations, stronger friendships, and the kind of personal growth that happens when teens feel known, valued, and challenged.
The Camp Experience That Makes a Difference
Every day is a balance of small-group connection and whole-camp excitement. Campers spend time with their cabin group—building friendships, encouraging one another, and forming a supportive community—while also joining larger activities filled with music, games, worship, and outdoor adventure. It’s a chance to unplug from screens, spend time in God’s creation, and grow in confidence, faith, and independence.
Week 2 is more than just a fun theme—it’s an opportunity for young people to discover who they are, where they belong, and how they can make a difference.
If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to join us this summer. We would love to welcome your family into this life-changing experience.
