- Theologians of the Cross Gathering October 4, 2026 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pmSee more details
Join the Theologians of the Cross! Following Jesus means faithfully surrendering to God's grace, and yet we exert so much energy trying to retain control of our lives. There are names for these ways of life: theologians of the cross and theologians of glory. We are all natural-born theologians of glory, but through faith we can become resurrected theologians of the cross.
You are invited to join Pastor Jim Vitale and a cohort of other thoughtful people and explore what it looks like to live as a theologian of the cross.
Here's the fall schedule:
September 6, 2-4pm at Camp Mount Luther
October 4, 2-4pm at Faith Lutheran in Lewisburg (and stay for dinner church!)
November 1, 2-4pm at Faith Lutheran in Lewisburg (and stay for dinner church!)
December 6, 2-4pm at Faith Lutheran in Lewisburg (and stay for dinner church!)
