At Camp Mount Luther, summer work is more than a job. It’s a response to a call.

For more than 60 years, Camp Mount Luther has been a place where young adults discover that their gifts matter. Here, God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things—forming faith, building community, and shaping lives through shared worship, laughter, service, and time in God’s creation.

Summer camp work is holy work. It is real, challenging, and deeply rewarding. Staff are invited to lead, serve, and grow—learning to listen for God’s voice while practicing leadership, communication, collaboration, and care for others. Each day offers the opportunity to be a living example of Christ’s love to campers and to one another.

Serving on summer staff is an invitation to explore vocation—how God’s call shows up in your daily life, your work, and your relationships. It’s a chance to try something bold, faithful, and meaningful in a supportive Christian community.
