A fun cartoon owl graced the front of a card we received in the mail recently. Inside, in a child’s handwriting, were these simple words:

“Thank you so much for funding camp this year. Because of you, I can spend more time during fun activities with my friends at CML.”

The card was signed by one of our campers who was able to attend a week at Camp Mount Luther because of the generosity of people like you.

That’s what your support makes possible.

At Camp Mount Luther, we believe camp should be accessible to everyone. Every child deserves the opportunity to grow in faith, make new friends, build confidence, discover their gifts, and experience the wonder of God’s creation.

This year, Camp Mount Luther provided nearly $11,000 in campership assistance to help make that possible. But financial support does more than help individual campers. The actual cost of providing a week of camp is about $2,000 per camper, while the fees families pay cover only part of that cost. Gifts from congregations, individuals, and friends of camp help make the entire ministry possible—and allow us to keep camp within reach for families.
