Young people are the heartbeat of our ministry. Through camp programs and partnerships, we’re helping youth grow in faith, confidence, and leadership. Every investment in this ministry helps raise up the next generation of faithful, confident, compassionate leaders.
In 2025, we worked together with the Upper Susquehanna Synod to launch a new youth ministry initiative. Together, we created spaces where teens could ask honest questions, serve others, and explore how God is calling them. Our summer programs also helped youth:
- Build lasting friendships rooted in Christ.
- Experience faith in action through worship, service, and adventure.
- Discover leadership gifts that will shape their congregations and communities.
In 2026, we’ll deepen this work by expanding our youth ministry initiative—connecting more congregations, offering new leadership retreats, and weaving faith conversations into every part of camp life.

Budget Overview
Camper growth: We’re budgeting for a 23% increase in campers, bringing us close to pre-pandemic levels.
- Board role: Achieving this goal will require the board’s active support in promoting camp and mentoring potential campers.
- Synod support: We expect an increase in our purchase-of-service agreement with the synod to help cover staffing costs.
- Programs: We plan for the same number of off-site day camps as in 2025 and an increase in youth retreats, assuming Renew takes place this year.
